The much talked about sex tape Jennifer Lopez and her ex husband Ojani Noa made during their short-lived marriage in the late 1990s will see the light, according to the latest court ruling. Until recently Jennifer has been quite successful stopping the footage from release and distribution. That’s not the case anymore.
The intimate footage will probably be released very soon. Ojani Noa’s girlfriend Claudia Vazquez (she’s that woman that sued Jennifer Lopez for $10 million at the end of last year accusing her of nterfering with production of the movie about Noa.) is now selling the sex tape on Noa’s behalf and the “deal can be made very soon.”
Looks like this intimate footage will become a part of that same Ojani Noa movie that will deal with Jen’s rise to fame and her marriage to Ojani.
The court ruling says:
"Vazquez argues she has and is suffering harm in that she has had difficulty in obtaining work as a result of Lopez’s attempts at enforcing the Injunction against her. Vazquez argues that Lopez, on the other hand, will suffer harm if Vazquez’s preliminary injunction is granted. Lopez puts forth no arguments contradicting those of Vazquez and, in fact, fails to address this element of the preliminary injunction test altogether. As a result, the Court finds that the balance of the equities weighs in favor of Vazquez."
